Christmas a pagan holiday

To understand where Christmas original comes from we have to go back to the biblical time of Nimrod

Nimrod who was descended from one of Noah's sons, Ham. Actually he was Noah’s great-grandson and his father’s name was Cush.

Genesis 10:8-10

And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.
He was a mighty hunter before YHWH: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord.

And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.

He built up a kingdom Babylon, Nimrod became the most feared man in the land. His power and wealth grew as Babylon grew. He made the laws, and those laws decreed that Babylonians should not look to YHWH as their ruler, but should be ruled by human governments. Nimrod also taught them that Satan should be honored by worshiping objects they could see, like the sun and snakes and other kinds of pagan objects

Romans 1:21-23
Because that, when they knew YHWH, they glorified him not as Elohim, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
And changed the glory of the uncorruptible YHWH into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

Nimrod was the originator of sun worship and worshiped the pagan sun god named Moloch and was founder of Babylon . This is a Hugh topic but I'll just stick to Christmas.
Nimrod married. The wife Nimrod chose was his mother whose name was Semiramis.  So the “son” became both the husband and son of the mother.  This was the start of the satanic  “trinity” because the “husband” was the same person as the “son” united as “one” with the wife/mother.  So Nimrod married his mother, Semiramis, and she became the Queen of Babylon.  It was Semiramis from which the religion surrounding Nimrod and the planets (astrology) evolved.  Nimrod was killed for his crimes against humanity by the sons of Noah.  His body cut into pieces and distributed all over his kingdom by his enemies.  After Nimrod’s death, Semiramis,  To retain power and to hide her misdeeds, Semiramis makes a most daring claim. She publicly declares that on Nimrod’s death he had been resurrected as the god of the Sun. As the Sun god, Nimrod used his sun rays to miraculously inseminate Semiramis with a child. This so this child was considered to be divinely conceived, she gave birth to a son named Tammuz who she claimed was the reincarnation of Nimrod So through the belief that Tammuz was Nimrod in the flesh" the queen was able to subdue the people of Babylon.  So Tammuz was “Nimrod in the flesh” and “one” with his father who was “one” with his wife/mother through marriage, here you have the unholy concept of a Trinity.
After YHWH confused at the tower of babel the names of Nimrod, Semiramis, and Tammuz were changed and continued to change over time based on culture and language.  Although the names changed, the religion remained exactly the same.  Semiramis, became known as “The Queen of Heaven” among all cultures and worshiped as the primary head of this false religion.  Even the children of Israel fell into the worship of Semiramis, The Queen of Heaven, and YHWH sent them the prophet Jeremiah with the this warning:

Jeremiah 44:17-18
But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our own mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and our princes, in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem: for then had we plenty of victuals, and were well, and saw no evil.
But since we left off to burn incense to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, we have wanted all things, and have been consumed by the sword and by the famine.

How Christmas Was Celebrated Before Yeshua Was Even Born
People were celebrating Christmas, long before the birth of Yeshua. Christmas is the celebration of the time when the days start to lengthen, this in the Northern Hemisphere, is in the middle of winter. Many religions in history have claimed the winter solstice as a holy day. The reason of the season is a combination of different traditions. It includes sun worship and pagan nature religions who have given reverence to the natural cycle for  thousands of years. Christians say, that they started Christmas but we know that is incorrect. Most traditional elements of Christmas predate Christianity. So, Christmas was pagan before it was adopted by Christians.

Most Christmas customs are based on old pagan festivals, the Roman Saturnalia and the Scandinavian and Teutonic Yule.
The Saturnalia
In the Roman calendar, the Saturnalia was designated a holy day, or holiday, during this period religious rites were performed. Saturn, himself, was identified with Kronos,(Father of the titian's) and sacrificed to according to Greek ritual, with the head uncovered. The Temple of Saturn, the oldest temple recorded by the pontiffs, had been dedicated on the Saturnalia, It was a week long period of lawlessness celebrated between 17-25 December.  During this time, Roman courts were closed, and Roman law dictated that no one could be punished for damaging property or injuring people during the week long celebration. The festival began when Roman authorities chose an enemy of the Roman people to represent the Lord of Misrule.  Each Roman community selected a victim who they forced to indulge in food, drink and sexual activities throughout the week.  When the festival ended  which  was 25th December, Roman authorities believed they were destroying the forces of darkness by brutally murdering the innocent man or woman and haveing a hugh dinner to celebrate the sacrifice, this is where the Christmas dinner comes in.  The ancient Greek writer historian Lucian describes the festival’s observance in his time.  As well as human sacrifice, he mentions other customs, widespread intoxication; going from house to house while singing naked; rape and other sexual activities and eating human-shaped biscuits.
Sun worship formed the basis of.
Mithraism
Roman mystery religion that believed that the Son of the Sun was a savior who was sacrificed for the good of all
Zoroastrianism
An ancient dualistic religion from Iran with one good god Ahura Mazda and one evil one Ahriman and other Roman religions and many other pagan traditions. It is the reason Sun-day is a holy day in many religions, and why major festivals are held at spring and at the Solstices. The real meaning of Christmas is sun worship, a reminder to all life on Earth that they owe everything to the Sun. Sun worship is one of the main pillars of all religion, especially older religions. Sun worshipers and nature religions held major celebrations at the Winter Solstice the victory of the strength of the Sun over the forces of darkness that try to suppress it. Osiris, Dionysus represented and was represented by the sun, and so was Jesus, whom the Church father Clement of Alexander calls The Sun of Righteousness,( this is not our Yeshua). When old relics and religious symbols like Human faces are given a light backdrop of rays of light or a corolla it means they represent the sun. The sun god is Satan himself.

The Winter Solstice - Yule Lore
The winter solstice is celebrated at this time in the northern hemisphere but it is now time to celebrate the summer solstice Litha in the southern hemisphere because of the seasonal differences. Yule, is when the dark half of the year leaves for the light half. Starting the next morning at sunrise, the sun climbs just a little higher and stays a little longer in the sky each day. Known as Solstice Night, or the longest night of the year, the sun's rebirth was celebrated with happiness. On this night, they celebrated the rebirth of the Oak King, the Sun King, the Giver of Life that warmed the frozen Earth. From this day onward, the days would become longer. Bonfires were lit in the fields, and crops and trees were wassailed( this is to  awake the Tree Man, the spirit of the tree) with toasts of spiced cider.  Children were escorted from house to house with gifts of clove spiked apples and oranges that they put in baskets of evergreen boughs and wheat stalks dusted with flour. The apples and oranges represented the sun.  The boughs were symbolic of immortality evergreens were sacred to the Celts because they never died so representing the eternal aspect of the Divine. The wheat stalks portrayed the harvest, and the flour was accomplishment of triumph, light, and life. Holly and ivy  decorated the outside, and also the inside of homes, to invite Nature Sprites to come and join the celebration. A sprig of Holly was kept near the door all year long as a constant invitation for good fortune to visit the residents. Mistletoe was also hung as decoration.  It represented the seed of the Divine, and at Midwinter, the Druids would travel deep into the forest to harvest it. The ceremonial Yule log was the highlight of the Solstice festival. In accordance to tradition, the log must either have been harvested from the householder's land, or given as a gift,  it could never be bought. Once placed in the fireplace it was decorated in seasonal greenery, doused with cider or ale, and dusted with flour before set alight by a piece of the last years log, (held onto for this purpose). The log would burn throughout the night, then smolder for 12 days after before being put out. Ash is the traditional wood of the Yule log. It is the sacred world tree of the Teutons, known as Yggdrasil. An herb of the Sun, Ash brings light into the hearth at the Solstice.
Many customs created around Yule are identified with Christmas today.  If you decorate your home with a Yule tree, holly or candles, you are following some of these old traditions. The Yule log, (today made as a cake) is burned in the fire to symbolize the Newborn Sun/Son.
Deities of Yule:  All Newborn Gods, Sun Gods, Mother Goddesses, and Triple Goddesses. The best known would be the Dagda, and Brighid, the daughter of the Dagda. Brighid taught the smiths the arts of fire tending and the secrets of metal work. Brighid's flame, like the flame of the new light, pierces the darkness of the spirit and mind, and the Dagda's cauldron assures that Nature will always provide for all the children.

The Christmas Tree
In ancient times, the goddess Asherah was also known as the Queen of Heaven. She was worshipped by many civilizations in the Middle East. One of the symbols most closely associated with Asherah was a tree. The ancient Canaanites and Phoenicians saw the tree as a symbol of fertility.
The purpose of the fertility tree in ancient times was to display the symbols of fertility.
The pole, balls, and tinsel (phallus, testes, semen) represented various detail, of male fertility, and wreaths were always made in a circle to represent female fertility.
The bible actually doesn't say anything about a Christmas tree, but it does warn YHWH's people against putting up trees like the other pagan nations were doing.

Jeremiah 10:1-4
Hear ye the word which the Lord speaketh unto you, O house of Israel:
Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.

December 25th was known as the birthday of the unconquered sun and it was celebrated as the birthday of pagan gods such as Mithras, Attis, Sol, Dionysus, Tammuz and others.
Holly (and ivy)
Decorating with holly (and ivy) is an ancient pagan tradition and was used by the Romans to decorate at Saturnalia celebrations.
Mistletoe.
Also known as the golden bough, mistletoe was held sacred by the Celtic Druids and the Norseman. Celts believed this parasitic plant held the soul of the host tree, the holy oak. In a special ceremony, the Druid priests would harvest it with a golden sickle making sure it never touched the ground where it's magical powers would be absorbed back into the earth. The branches were then divided and distributed to the people who used it as a protection from all sorts of evils.
The practice of kissing under the mistletoe has many legends associated with it. Some say the Druids dedicated the plant to the Goddess of Love, and this is where the custom comes from. Others claim it came from England, where mistletoe was hung in doorways for good luck. Since only happiness could pass beneath it, enemies would embrace and seal their peace with a kiss of friendship.  Norse Legend, Frigga, wife of the god Odin, dearly loved her son Balder and to make sure no harm would come to him by earth, fire, water or air. Since mistletoe did not fit into any of these realms, an evil spirit names Loki fashioned an arrow of it and gave it to Balder's blind brother, Holder. Guided by Loki's (Trickster) hand, Holder unknowingly shot his brother in the heart, and killed him. The legend has several outcomes. In one, Balder is brought back to life. In another, He was sent to the Other world with a Viking's funeral, on a burning ship, to await the day when He returns to Earth to usher in a new era. In both cases, Frigga swore that mistletoe would never again cause harm; making it a symbol of love and promising to bestow a kiss on anyone who passed under it.
Lights and Light.
The lights we decorate our homes and trees with during the Holiday season have a long history. Ancient pagans lit bonfires and candles on the winter solstice and the holidays around it to celebrate the return of the light
Gift Giving:
The Romans exchanged gifts at during Saturnalia, including toys and edible treats.
The word Christmas is a contraction for "Christ's Mass.
The mass is a man-made Constantine Roman Catholic ceremony where the Messiah is sacrificed over and over again in what is called an unbloody sacrifice. It is taught that the true believer cannot be fully cleansed of his sins unless he partakes of this sacrifice at mass over and over again. This is a complete corruption of the full forgiveness given from YHWH for sincere repentance. It is an abomination of YHWH's commandments against the eating/drinking of blood. This is an act, that resembles cannibalism.
12 Days of Christmas, Solstices, Equinoxes
The 12 days of Christmas that begin on Christmas day and end on January 6. This originally came from the 12 days of Yuletide which began at sunset on December 20, known as Mother Night, and ended on the night of December 31, the Night of the Oak King and the Roman day of Hecate. There is no coincidence that the true Twelfth Night is now celebrated as New Year’s Eve and with the same old revelry as when it was known as Twelfth Night,   It’s interesting that almost every day of the 12 days of Yuletide have some old Pagan commemoration which is celebrated on them.
December 21   Nativity of the Sun God and the God of the waxing year, Horus and loads of others.
December 22  Earth Renewal and Roman Janus Day.
December 23  Fool’s Day when Saturnalia begins, also known as the Roman Larentalia.
December 24  Festival of Light.
December 25 was originally the nativity of Mithras
Mithra or Mitra is worshiped as Itu Mitra-Mitu-Itu in every house of the Hindus in India. Itu derivative of Mitu or Mitra is considered as the Vegetation-deity. This Mithra or Mitra Sun-God is believed to be a Mediator between God and man, between the Sky and the Earth. They say that Mithra or the Sun took birth in the Cave on December 25th.  He traveled far and wide. He has twelve satellites, which are taken as the Sun's disciples, The Sun's great festivals are observed in the Winter Solstice and the Vernal Equinox. Christmas and Easter. His symbol is the Lamb. This is also the German Yule Feast of Frau Holle, and some Pagans refer to this as the Festival of the Returning Sun, because this is when the days are first observed as getting longer.
So we need to take heed of what YHWH says in 2 Corinthians

2 Corinthians  6:14-17
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believe with an infidel?
And what agreement hath the temple of Elohim with idols? for ye are the temple of the living Elohim; as Elohim hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their Elohim, and they shall be my people.
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
